  I had used a particular url sometime back but then i had deleted the url thinking I wouldn’t use it again. However, now I would like to use it again but the system is denying my account access to the url. Now what?? It’s basically my full name and I do not want that going to someone else.

  Hey, after deleting a url you cannot use the same url again. And others also cannot use the same URL again. the deleting URL is mark as fully delete by WordPress. They did not disclose either it will available or not.
