Blog URL – buying an upgrade

  On the registration page it said i could have my domain for $18.00 a year, where is the option to buy this? When I clicked through it jumped up to $99.00 which is fine but I’m mainly using this to host my portfolio and therefore won’t need a lot of the functionality that this buys me as I won’t be blogging etc.
