Blog URL cannot be found

  I’ve published my blog (I think?) but when I open up the link from a private domain, or if anyone else opens it, this message shows up: oops! this page cannot be found. Help?! The URL is correct.

  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’ve set a static front page, but it’s still only saved as a draft.

  You’ll need to edit that page and hit the blue Publish button.

  How? I don’t see a blue button. Where do I find the static front page?!
