Blog url change

  Hi I have a wordpress blog(http://38850blog.wordpress.com/). And I want to change the blog address to rarebldg.wordpress.com. For that I have created a new blog. But its accidentally been deleted. I want to change http://38850blog.wordpress.com to rarebldg.wordpress.com. But its showing “site already exists” message. How to resolve it?

  rarebldg.wordpress.com is no longer available.
  The authors have deleted this site.

  The multiple warnings that deleting a blog URL is permanent and irreversible provided throughout the deletion process say it all. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

  However, the good news is that you can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
