Blog URL change with payment

  I have a blog already with abc.wordpress.com (example) url. However, I wanna make the payment and change it to abc.com. Can I make a payment and get it changed, or will I have to create another blog from scratch?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
