Blog URL changed, analytics work but don't show in WP-Admin

    My blog has been associated with wordpress.com from prior to the URL change. It’s still collecting stats, but I can’t view them in the WP-Admin because it’s asking me to “Connect with WordPress.com” even though wordpress.com is showing the up-to-date stats for this site. When I try to authorize the jetpack plugin, I get an error about an incorrect redirect_uri. It’s now being hosted at tannerhall.com and there’s nothing I can do about changing it. (tannerhall.inspiredmedia.tv is a redirected alias to tannerhall.com).

    Is there any way to keep the stats history but re-associate this blog to it at the new url of tannerhall.com?
