Blog url name

I want to change my Blog URL – when I’m not logged in and search for my blog it only comes under one address (“_________.wordpress.com”) and I would really like to change that address so it doesn’t have my name in it.
Also, I have being trying to publish my third post and it’s not publishing despite trying to change schedule time etc. :(
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Easiest is to just add a new blog to the existing account
Dashboard >> my Blogs >> Register a new blog – you can have more than one blog on an account
You have a new blog with almost no content, just export the content from the old blog and import it to the new blog, or just copy the Posts and Paste – then set the old blog to Private and use it for back up or testing or learning how WordPress.COM works without learning on your regular blog
There is a change name function but people change their mind later and want the old name back and sometimes something seems to happen in the change
