Blog URL name change

  Is it possible to change my Blog URL? I’m not using a registered domain, just the WordPress.com option, but I have changed the site name to IamKurtIamCourtneyIamPJIamTori, although the Blog url stays the same. Any way of changing that without starting all over again? Many thanks.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is your blog URL ie. the blog address https://iamkurtiampjiamcourtneyiamtori.wordpress.com/

  Perhaps the blog address change merely needed time to display.

  Hello, thanks for picking this up. The blog URL that is showing that you see, is the old one, that I’d like to replace with the site title, changed and showing, but perhaps I’m looking in the wrong place to effect the change for the blog URL?

  Desire blog URL is: iamkurtiamcourtneyiampjiamtori, just a different order from the current URL.

  http://iamkurtiamcourtneyiampjiamtori.wordpress.com doesn’t exist so you can change the blog address to it.

  f you want to change the .wordpress.com blog address ie. the URL starting with http:// then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that and the URL you desire must be available. If so, then you can change the URL by using the guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Be sure to locate the correct page http://en.support.files.wordpress.com/2011/01/dashboard-e1371648470893.png

  Changing a URL is a permanent and irreversible act. No changed or deleted blog URLs are recycled here, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

  Ok… just wondering if you might know if this is what was meant to happen…I followed your instructions, believed that I was also keeping the former URL incase I lost all the content, but now both URLs show that I have no posts! I had quite alot waiting as drafts, is this all gone? I don’t think I kept my ‘About’ information as draft on my computer, which I should have of course, so I have lost everything?
