  My blog URL ‘thewaterfrontforum’ has expired 110 days ago. I wish to renew it.

  Since that URL (with .com) expired so long ago, it’s in the open market and will be treated as a new registration rather than a renewal. Register the URL (domain) by following the steps in this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/register-domain/
