Blog URL takes me to wordpress.com homepage

For the past few hours I have a strange problem. Attempting to go to my (wordpress.com) blog’s address ends up displaying the wordpress.com home page instead. The URL in my address bar still shows my blog’s address, so I am not actually being redirected, but the wrong page is being displayed. This happens whether I am logged in to WordPress or not.
Going directly to the /wp-admin/ address brings up my Dashboard, which displays all of my posts, tags, etc. However, the colour scheme of the Dashboard is different, it displays “WordPress.com” blog at the top, clicking “View site” takes me back to the wordpress.com home page, and if I go into Presentation->Theme it shows the current theme as h4 rather than the one I have selected.
I would be grateful for any suggestions about what is going on and whether there is something I can do to fix it, or whether I need to wait for support. Thanks in advance.

Some people reported this over the past couple of days (it’s called the Red Dashboard issue, and you can do a search for threads on it). Contact staff at Support At WordPress Dot Com and they can hopefully fix it. They are the only ones who can.

Thanks for the tip, raincoaster – I didn’t think to search based on the dashboard colour. I have now requested help in the thread that’s been set up for it.
