Blog using copyrighted material

  A friend has brought to my attention that this blog http://flungoutlikelight.wordpress.com/ is using his images without his permission from his own web site here http://www.peterszasz.com/Books%20and%20Fine%20Art/booksandfineart.htm.
  How do we proceed in notifying the owner of the blog that they are violating the copyright of the image owner?
