  How can I get rid of the gray WordPress.com bar that shows My Account, Dashboard, etc. when my blog is displayed for the public to see? When I type it in the address bar, I get the dashboard, and not a published version.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The public does not see that. Only you see it when you are logged in. Other wordpress users will see the gray admin bar, but it will be the admin bar for their account, not for yours.
