  Hi
  I used to have a blog visitor counter widget amd a blogs I follow on this website and also on archiassets.wordpress.com but they seem to have been removed / disappeared these 2 sites . They are still running on my other sites . Can you explain why this is occurring ?thanks

  Sometimes, changing themes will result in widgets being inactivated due to the new theme having different widget areas from the old theme.

  When you go to manage your widgets https://wordpress.com/support/widgets/ you’ll find a new Inactive Widgets area, and you can move widgets from there to the desired widget area: https://wordpress.com/support/widgets/#move-blocks-between-widget-areas
