Blog vs website?

  I was told I needed to set up a website in order to sell e-books I have written. Now someone tells me I could do that on a blog. Someone else said I couldn’t sell anything on a blog. Can anyone help me understand the difference?

  if you wrote the book you are allowed to sell it on a WordPress.com blog. Just read this and get started, don’t worry about arbitrary distinctions between blogs and websites: http://learn.wordpress.com
