Blog was suspended. Just wondering estimated timeline

    I was writing a post today about my new venture into the stock market(my blog is just about my job, my life, and trying new things). Well I posted a link to the website and mentioned they have a $50 sign on bonus.

    Well I didn’t put too much thought into it and posted it and got suspended and then realized I was…how you say… an idiot.

    I replied to the link saying I realized what I did and will remove those two aspects from the post.

    So now I am just wondering what the usual turn around time is to get this fixed?

    Also…Why do they suspend your entire blog…why not just say “this post violates our TOS if you would still like to post it click here and we will review it”

    It wouldn’t ruin my entire website that I paid you for.

    Also I understand most answers are from volunteers so my “you” was referring to Word Press =P

    I’m speculating, but I think they suspend the whole blog to get your attention; it’s certainly what I would do.

    In any case, I’ll flag this thread for staff attention. They’re off till Jan 2, but they pop in and out of the forums. Typically it takes one to four days.

    I’m sorry but this is not a matter for posting to a public forum. We Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. This is between you and Staff. You have a warning notice on with a link in it — please click that link. That link works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed).

    If you have already contacted Staff by using the “click here to contact us” link in the notice, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.
