Blog website name; hosting question

  1. My blog website is registered as kenfischerblog.wordpress.com. Can I change it to kenfischer.wordpress.com, or was kenfischerblog suggested because kenfischer is unavailable? I went to kenfischer.wordpress.com and I saw one brief comment from February 2010. 2. Am I supposed to sign up for hosting separately from the wordpress account I created or is that included? Thank you!

  kenfischerblog was suggested because kenfischer.wordpress.com is not available. Free hosting is included with your WordPress.com account.
