Blog will not load. "Error 404"

Beyond Frustrated, I have blogged with blogger for years and never had a problem, ever since I started with wordpress it has been nothing but headaches. 50% of the time when I visit my blog, it says
404. That’s an error.
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Perhaps searching can help.I have had people complaining to me constantly that when they visit my blog, it won’t work. Half the time it works, and half the time it doesn’t. I have cleared my cookies and my cache, and it has done nothing.
My question is how to fix it, or if there is a way to completely transfer all posts and pictures (If I ever see them again) to another blog site, because this is beyond frustrating.

Thank you for all of the feedback, however, it’s not just me that cant see the blog when it’s deciding not to work. (It wasn’t working this morning, and now seems to be running fine) I have friends and readers on cell phones, and different computers with different browsers … do they all need to take these steps for this to work?

To determine causes and fixes Staff duplicate your setup. Unless or until you provide your own details so we can determine what your issue is being caused by we are not in a position to guesstimate what may be happening to others using different devices and possibly blogging from insecure wifi connections.

What I can tell you is that I can connect instantly using Firefox 26.1 and IE 11 and Chrome 32.

I am using a laptop with IE11, and sometimes I use my Iphone using Safari … And this morning it wasn’t working on my laptop, and I am sure it will go down sometime in the near future as it’s been constantly working and not working, I tried the cache and cookies… now I guess its just a waiting game. Thank you for all of your help.

Now my blog is again not working. I am on the same computer using IE11 – and it says nothing found. I will be trying today to move my blog elsewhere, wordpress is ridiculous. SO frustrating!

Hi there,
I’m so sorry about this! What was causing this issue was that there was a duplicate blog that was empty (so it was showing your empty blog at times and your actual site on certain browsers). I have deleted the duplicate blog and now your site is now viewable at girlmetblush.wordpress.com. If not, please just empty your cache and cookies and it will be there!
