Blog with videos

Hi all
I am very new to blogging and creating web pages. Hopefully someone can help me with the question I have.
I would like to create a blog where I can post videos everyday. I will not be writing much. However, I will have new videos like 3 or 4 times a week. Each video will be around an hour long. I will be making videos by myself.
Now, should I try to find a blog where I can post videos or should I post those on YouTube and just put the links on the blog.
Does free blog given by WordPress or by any other company can help in this situation.Thanks for reading

For starter, can I use free WordPress blog and embed YouTube videos within the blog. Later, I can always switch to the upgraded version if I see need for that. -
