Blog within a blog?

  Hi-
  I have a poetry blog at WordPress, and I’d like to keep it as such – a poetry blog, and not a blog intermixed with commentary or prose – but I would like to have an off-topic or non-poetry section to my blog.

  I realize I can create separate pages for text, but what I would like to do is have a sub-page for offtopic posts in blog format rather than text format with a comment form at the bottom.

  Other than registering a new blog and linking to it from the original, is there a way to create a blog within my main one?

  I didn’t think so, but I was hopeful. That would be a great feature to add to WP.

  If you use the tags, you will be able to hit the Poetry tag and have only the poetry posts show up in blog format, but that’s your only option.
