Blog within a blog?
-
Greetings friends!
I would like to have a blog within my blog – for example, my current blog is http://www.ajaarmey.com – but let’s say I would like to have another sub-blog about..say…bananas. So I would want http://www.ajaarmey.com/bananas where I could have the same format with different content.
Does my wish make any sense? And is this possible with wordpress? I know it is with Typepad….
Many thanks in advance for your sweet help,
AjaThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

AFAIK, it is not possible to have it the way you want it here at wp.com, but I may be mistaken; however, it would be possible if it was a subdomain. For example:
Main blog: http://www.ajaarmey.com
“sub” blog: http://bananas.ajaarmey.com -
/nod to devblog, not possible here.
On the main blog/sub-blog, I’m not entirely sure if that is possible at wordpress.COM either. I’m not sure if you could map to a main domain and then also to a subdomain of that main domain. If it is possible, then it would require you to have two blogs here, and then have the domain mapping for each of those blogs.
This is something that you would have to ask staff directly at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ .

But you CAN have more than one blog under one account here, right? (You can do this on Blogger)
Just wondering because if I can do so, that would be GREAT!! :-)
Cheers :)

Yes, you can have as many as you like. You can even have one that’s ONLY a static front page with pointers to the other blogs, so people can see the whole network at a glance.

Yes you can have as many wordpress.com blogs as you choose to register.Log in first and then visit the Sign Up page http://wordpress.com/signup/ to add additional blogs.

Thank you for the help everyone! I think the easy way of what I want is not possible, but if I REALLY needed it, I could do some more digging with support.
