  Answer: NO

  WordPress.com and WordPress.ORG are completely separate. They have separate logins and registering a username account at WordPress.ORG changes nothing with respect to your free hosted WordPress.COM blog here http://ashblog1.wordpress.com/ or this one either https://flower1blog.wordpress.com
