Blog won't appear on Google/No Plugin option

    I have turned on the search engine option and I am uploading high quality content as well. Mine is a beauty blog and some of the topics have never been discussed on Google. So its not the case of too many similar topics that defeats my search potential. Can you please tell me why my blog posts won’t appear on search? I tried going through various forums but they suggest of adding plugins. I cannot see an option of plug in on my dashboard. Please help!

    Hello!

    For Google, it takes anywhere between 4-6 weeks for it to be indexed and therefore be found on Google. You could help the process by registering the site with Google. WordPress has a really great guide on getting found on search engines here
