  What is the URL of the blog you want to delete?
  Have you checked in your email client spam filter for the email?

  I would be happy to delete the blog paulfoleyblogs.wordpress.com for you. Before I do so, please confirm that you understand that deleting a blog is permanent, and you will no longer have access to any of your site content. The blog address itself will also no longer be available to use in the future.
