    Blog won’t let me post. How do I upgrade it? I think it’s full.

    Hi there!

    Can you clarify what you aren’t able to do? Looking at your site’s media library, it does appear you’ve hit the 3GB storage limit on the free plan, so if you need to add more media to your posts, you would need to upgrade to the Personal plan.

    Please note that each plan has its own storage limit, so if you require more than the 6GB provided by the Personal plan, you can upgrade to a higher plan that better fits your needs.

    If there’s something else you’re not able to do, can you give us more information about what isn’t working so we can take a closer look?

    Hi Hero, I am trying to pay for the basic plan using my debit card but can’t seem to be able to. Any idea?

    I’ve checked on our end and I don’t see that there were any errors in our payment logs or other signs of trouble. Did you see a specific error message on your end? Please also confirm that your bank is not blocking the charge on their end to be safe.
