Blog won’t load in Firefox

I’ve tried this on separate machines with different IPs – my blog won’t load in FF (it’s fine on the same machines in Safari – no idea about PC/linux platforms). The status bar continues to flip between Connecting to… waiting for… and transferring…
Viewing the source (for the page) shows that the html has loaded into the browser however it’s not rendering.
Machine spec:
Mac 10.4 and 10.5
Firefox 2 and 3b3
Mac Book and Mac Book Pro -

Is the blog linked to your username the one you are talking about? Your blog loads fine for me on FF on mac 10.4.11. Do you by chance have the adblockplus addon installed in FF? I’ve seen it cause problems once in a while this way.

If you have adblockplus, go to tools > addons and disable it and then close and relaunch FF to see if it takes care of the issue.

Having the same problem again. I’m using a different machine (OS X 10.4.10 + FF 2.0.0.12; works fine with Safari) and a different connection. And looking at the nose dive in my stats I suspect others are having the same problem(?) Can anyone else replicate this?

You’re not the only person reporting this. I think staff will need to take a look, so contact them when Support opens in four hours.

I’m having Firefox problems, too. Photos that load in Safari show up as alt text in Firefox.
The first photo in the following code shows as alt text and the last photo does too. The others show up fine in Firefox.http://cbrownphoto.wordpress.com

As I said in the other thread you posted in, the two missing images return a 404 file not found which means for whatever reason, those files are not in your uploads. I’ve had images “magically disappear” on numerous occasions and never figured out why. They were there for weeks or months just fine, and then one day they are gone.
