Blog won't print

Been here before; blog, ‘Decayetude’, won’t print; previously,much advice on changing the theme; done that to a new, trending theme; theme activated and still won’t print. Any ideas other than changing the theme (again)?:) Thanks, Steve (‘Decayetude’). ps I tried copy and paste to word and wordpad: still won’t print.

Thanks but I started that topic lol! :) The solution I found myself- to copy and paste into word/wordpad- now won’t work either, and that worked on a possibly redundant theme; this one is a NEW, trending theme(ie Background)! Steve

Yes, I read it and have tried printing without selecting any particular section /post on the blog!Still won’t print anything. My theory is similar to Shawna’s: that retiring the “dark wood” theme led to the print function on my blog, WHATEVER theme I use (including very current ones), being disabled. I can still print off my other blog “TowardsUtopia” and every other website/Wordpress blog! Any solutions from WordPress staff please? Thanks:) Steve

solved at last! U have to click ON the actual highlighted text of the particular post and paste to Word, THEN it prints; will stick with new theme; at least not retired and won’t develop yet more problems. The issue still needs sorting at WordPress, where retired themes are somehow disabling ability to print direct from the blog site!Steve
