  I’m not having any trouble viewing your WordPress.com site. Are you still unable to see it? Can you share any specific error message that you are getting?

  I want to publish it on a free account I have already filed it at https://ryszardmagda5211872cb5.wordpress.com/ but only Ryszard’s WordPress message is not displayed
  Soon what should I do to make it work, I am asking for help

  Hi Ryszard,

  You will want to go to Privacy Settings and change your site to Public as explained here:

  https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/

  You’ll be asked to choose a plan and domain again but you can just stick to the current free address and free plan.

  Also, you can change the address of your site as explained here as ryszardmagda5211872cb5.wordpress.com might be difficult to remember for your visitors :).
