  I’m trying to get my blog printed in book form. The blog2book website can upload all my posts but not the two pages I have on my blog. Is there a way to turn these two pages into regular posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I would think copying the pages in the HTML editor and pasting into new posts would be the easiest if you want them to appear at the beginning of your “book”.
