Blogdesk: Can it upload pages as well as posts?

  I recently discovered BlogDesk, a wonderful free editor that allows me to create my blog posts off-line and upload them. Does anyone know if I can use BlogDesk to upload pages (as opposed to posts) to WordPress.com? And if so, how do I do it?

  I would assume this information would be available from BlogDesk, but from a comment on http://imod.co.za/2008/05/04/blogdesk-allows-you-to-blog-from-outside-wordpress/ it looks like it does not.

  As far as I know, Ecto is the only one that allows you to do pages as well, but it isn’t free.

  There were rumors that Windows Live Writer either could, or was going to be updated to allow page creation and editing.

  One note on Ecto: it has to be version 3 which is in Beta (very stable Beta) to do pages. Version 2.x.x will not do pages.
