blogg look diferent on some word on new wordpress 3.3

  i have move my blog to anew hosting company,and i hace 4 domain names,if i use the domain ware was host the domain and content,show carapter like:

  corrupción,.explosión,,,,,..thtis in www,ennoticia.es,.info or .us
  also is not showing news post on,,.es,.us.info,,only work fine on .net.

  if i use http://www.ennnoticias.net is fine,,how i fix this..
