  How can i move all my followers/email subscribers from here to my blogger blog

  Hi there. I don’t think that’s possible, as Blogger is a completely different platform from either WordPress.com or WordPress.org. You can transfer your followers to a self-hosted site using the Jetpack plugin, but there’s no such thing for a Blogger blog that I know of.

  My advice would be to publish a new post informing your followers that you’re moving to blogger and that they have to go subscribe to that blog if they want to continue getting notifications of your new posts.
