Blogger importer doesn’t work

  Hi

  I’m trying to import my blogger to my wordpress website.

  I followed all instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/coming-from-blogger/

  However i keep getting the following error.

  ‘There don’t appear to be any authors in your import file.
  Make sure you are using a valid export file in XML or ZIP format. Still need help?’

  Can someone please help

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)
