  Hello, I have a WordPress.com website, but it`s for my collage. I want to purchase a blogger plan, but could you send me a bill, because I need to justify the costs.

  We are not able to issue invoices in lieu of payment, no. We will provide you with a receipt once you’ve completed payment, and you can modify the receipt to add your business details if necessary.
