  my XML file is more than 15MB and importing it doesn’t seem to be working. Please help? Thanks a lot.

  Hi there,

  We can get that taken care of. Can you please make the XML file available to us in some way, whether through CloudUp, Dropbox, or something similar? We can then download it and try importing it for you on our end.

  I am going to be sending you an email directly to the address which we have on file. If you could please respond with the address of the file wherever you have uploaded it (just so it doesn’t end up online), I would appreciate it!
