Blogger to wordpress

  Hi Team,

  We have imported the blogger xml which contains posts and comments in wordpress. All posts has been successfully imported. But all comments are not importing..We have total more than 6700 comments in blogger and when we are importing..in wordpress then aprox 4691 comments imported and when importing process is going on then its break..and page redirect to 404..without success msg..first time import 3000 comments, second time 3500 arround, 3rd time 4000 something, 4rth time 4681..comments and now its stuck …How we can import all the comments from blogger xml..!!

  Are you referring to approved comments or are you referring to comments that are still in moderation?

  Hi, Actually, there are alot of approved comments…which are not importing..because..we found..some comments apprearing in blogger posts. but not in wordpress posts.

  On what site are you trying to import? I don’t see any recent imports on the site, http://ravikumaraaaa.wordpress.com/, and there are no other sites in your account.

  I cannot help you if I don’t know what the site’s URL is, so can you please give that to me?

  If the site belongs to a different WordPress.com username account I’ll also need you to reply as that username before I can make any changes to the site.

  If the site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, you’ll need to post in the WordPress.org forums for help as we have no access to self-hosted sites and no control over the importer there.

  You should NEVER give your site’s admin password to someone else, and you should most definitely never post it on a public forum like this one. I’ve deleted those login details from your reply, but please change your password for that site immediately.

  As I said above, we cannot help with the importer on a self-hosted site. For help with that you need to post in the WordPress.org forums I linked to for you above. We do not provide support for self-hosted sites in this forum.
