Bloggers posting pictures with their comments

  I want to allow bloggers on my site to post pictures of before and after along with their comments. Does anyone know how to add this feature of if you can add this feature???

  I don’t think you can post pictures, but apparently it’s suddenly possible to post comments with videos:
