  I have been looking into submitting my memoirs and poems to literary journals. Some of them say you cannot submit work that has been previously published on a personal blog, and some even say they won’t take the work even if you remove it from the blog.

  I have also read that blogging is a great way to show publishers how much interest you have in your writing, and is a good way to show how marketable your writing is.

  I want to post my best work on my blog, but I eventually want that same material published. How do I get around this? Does anyone have any insight or advice?
