Blogging basics.

  I’m contractually bound to set up a site and blog. Unfortunately I have no idea what a blog is. I know its an expression of something. But where will it appear? How is it accessed? What is meant by “Blog Address” and “Name you blog”? I also don’t understand why each time I go into the site, I’m starting over. Nothing I did is visible. I have to do this but NO ONE will tell me how.
