  I’m trying to use a plug in called Story Tailor and they are asking for a temporary admin. I cannot access this as it only gives me the option to set up an existing user. Not a new user.

  The website ‘alexisbrookeco.com’ you have posted uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) while this forum uses the hosted WordPress.com platform.

  They’re very similar, but two separate things.
