  Where can I find rules regarding whether I can copy and paste articles from other wbesites, etc. I don’t want to get sued. Thanks!

  Read the ToS and become familiar with American copyright law. Also there is information in the forum search box on copyright https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=9059&page&replies=3
