Blogging through Dashboard NOT WordPress account

When i go to the ‘Reader’ button/tab on this account. I’m actually following @Gr8Est the WordPress where i write my Blogs. I tried a few times to long into that account but i can’t due to not knowing the password & when they tried to send me an email to renew my password, i don’t receive no email..
On this account when i go into @Gr8Est & click on it’s icon/name,,,, It takes me to my Websites Blog section.I’m not sure what to do next to recover @Gr8Est account on WordPress. All i know is that i can write on my Blog ViA my Dashboard. But not through my WordPress.Com account.

Yes, when i log into Gr8Est2020.Com/WP-Admin/, i can write a post right into my Blog. But once i try to log into WordPress.Com/Blog/, i can’t sign in. i tried sending a link to the register email (MultipleXX), trying to Reset my password. But i wasn’t receiving no email. No nothing. **I WAS USING MY USERNAME @Gr8Est**
If anything,, is another account (@Gr8Est2020) i’m signing into WordPress.Com/Blog/. I know this because this account (@Gr8Est2020) is Following @Gr8Est in which you can see the “Welcome Gr8 Self” i posted..
What i’m hoping to do is have access to the @Gr8Est account that through my Dashboard **WP-Admin** i’m posting on..
I’m not sure if to delete this account @Gr8Est2020 OR what’s the next step.

I don’t believe i made a Gravatar account. i never heard of it (UNTIL NOW). But i tried my best in Login into Gravatar.Com using (@Gr8Est) but nothing.
When i checked the URL of the Post **I POSTED** to EDIT it,, it saids “/wp-admin/post.php?post=” OR “/wp-admin/post-new.php” if it’s a NEW post..
I’m not techy, but i know .PHP could be found on the Root of the Website..Seeing .PHP makes me believe the reason why i can only “Edit” OR “Add New” post only through my DashBoard,,, is because a Code that is in the root of my .PHP ….. **THIS IS LITERALLY MY GUESS**
I downloaded the plugin Jetpack Social on WP-Admin.. When i clicked on “My Jetpack” it saids “Sorry, your not allow to access this page”..
On Jetback Social when i clicked on “Write a post”. It took me back to the exact page URL that my Dashboard will take me too.. -

Gr8Est2020.Com is not hosted with WordPress.com, so you would log into Gr8Est2020.Com/wp-admin to add a post and not WordPress.com.
I downloaded the plugin Jetpack Social on WP-Admin.. When i clicked on “My Jetpack” it saids “Sorry, your not allow to access this page”..
On Jetback Social when i clicked on “Write a post”. It took me back to the exact page URL that my Dashboard will take me too..This is an add on to https://wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack/, which you would need installed.
To check, are you looking to connect your self-hosted WordPress site to WordPress.com?
