Blogging without internet access

  I shall be leaving internet access shortly, i.e. sailing the High Seas.
  Can I continue to write my blog and upload when I come back to access range?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You could try using an offline editor to write your posts:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/

  You should experiment with the various options before you leave. Some questions on these forums lead me to think that the offline editors do not work perfectly.

  You could write posts in a plain text editor. Edit images with PhotoShop or other image editing (not online editor), then make your posts when you have a dock on dry land. Or at least with an internet portal.

  Do you have Sailmail?

  You can email a post in – should only show the text in the Post – make a few test posts to make sure the email address is stripped as Sailmail adds some extra stuff – my memory is that it is stripped

  Or do you have a friend you can send the email to that can post if for you?

  I gave some friends a blog a few years ago – they are out sailing and email most of the posts and such to me and I put the Posts together (I keep trying to get them to post more themselves, but so far not much luck)
