blogname.wordpress.com Not possible?

  Hello, I would like to create a new WordPress blog using the old blogname.wordpress.com url scheme, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do so under the new UI (it keeps pushing me to purchase a new domain name, which I don’t want to do). Is this possible still? If so, how do I do it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You may need to clear your browser cache or even start again logging back in with a different browser. Then choose “Business” rather than “Blog” at step 1.
