Blogpost text getting cut off with "…" on mobile theme

    My blogposts do not display correctly on mobile. Some of the lines of text do not run on correctly, all the way to the end, and instead of finishing the sentence (e.g. wrapping, and continuing onto the next line as normal), it shows “…” and that’s it. It is cutting off a huge amount of copy.

    SOME of the lines continue, and you can read the whole line, but many of them do not.

    The issue does not change when you turn the phone to landscape.

    The only time ALL of the text of a blogpost shows correctly is when I read it on my computer laptop screen.

    Looks 100% fine on a desktop. Cuts half the words off on a mobile.

    My WordPress site uses The Core Theme.

    I have tried to resolve this by changing the Editor in the WordPress blog admin, e.g. “Visual Editor” compared to Shortcodes, but it doesn’t make any difference. It happens in both.

    I have checked the HTML to see if there was anything different about those lines than the other lines of text, but I can’t see anything.

    I literally cannot see why this is happening. I have a feeling there is an issue with margins in the Custom CSS, but I am not strong enough at coding to fix this myself.

    How can I make it so that ALL lines of my blogposts wrap, no matter the size of the screen, so that all the words can be read?

    A significant proportion of my traffic comes from mobile so I need to get this figured out!

    Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

    For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help from the theme author directly or ask in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.
