  Question: How do I get rid of all the WordPress stuff – and replace it with a list of my blogs??

  Hello,
  I can help with that. You can delete those and enter your own ij your Dashboard Link Menu. The Links menu in your dashboard can be used to create a blogroll. http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/#add-new-link-categories
  After you do that you can use a Links widget to display it.
