  No. Blogrolls do not display posts. Blogrolls are displayed in Links widgets. You can remove that Links widget here > Appearance > Widgets and you can install a Recent Posts widget instead.

  If you wish you create a blogroll of related sites that you recommend to your readers then you enter the links into it in your dashboard Links section and display them in a Links widget.
