  I see instructions on the forum on blogrolls. I do not want to be forced to join Facebook or Twitter and was able to blogroll in the past without it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You not compelled to join any social network to create a blog roll.
  You create it in your Dashboard http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/ and display it by installing the Links widget. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/links-widget/
