It would either require javascript or a plugin – neither of which are allowed at wordpress.COM. I would also require that all the links on the other end be set up in a database or something so that they could be pulled into wordpress and the correct information inserted into the wordpress database.
Bottom line: Can’t be done at wordpress.COM.

For god’s sake, it’s not uncommon for me to do a post with 20-30 links. You seriously want all of those added to a blogroll automatically?
If you want to know what’s suggested at WordPress.org, you’ll have to look over there. Maybe someone’s done that.

I should have asked this in the first place, but is the other site a blog? If so, what platform is it on, and does it have support for OPML (outline processor markup language)? That is what most blogs use for blogrolls.

If you are logged into wordpress, and visiting a wordpress.COM blog and want to add it to your blog, from the blog info pulldown in the gray bar at the top of the page, click “add to blogroll.” If you are not on a wordpress.COM blog, you have to add them manually.
