blogroll disappeared

  I experimented with changing themes and then changed back to twenty eight thirteen. The one I experimented with automatically included my links (blogroll) so I removed the links widget while playing with it.

  Went back to twenty eight thirteen and now the links does not appear, even though the “links” widget indicates that it is being used.

  Any one know how to fix this?
