Blogroll isn’t a widget / can’t find it in css

I’m using the ChaoticSoul theme, and I LOVE it.
I have a Blogroll – see it? But it’s not a widget, so I can’t edit it. I looked for it in CSS, but can’t find it. My code looks like this (and I hope I’m guessing the backtick right; we’ll see):

It says something like, “There are no options for this widget.” Between the two, I can’t link to a single blog or site. Help, please?

The links widget is the blog roll widget. To add links to the links widget you go to links > add new in the left hand navigation module in your dashboard.
You do not edit the content of widgets in the CSS. CSS is for styling, it isn’t for content.

You’ve put the links widget into the sidebar section at appearance > widgets and it is showing there?

Grrrr. I can’t get anything to work today! I tried to paste pics on another site so I could direct you to them, and they’ve gone and changed everything around, so couldn’t get it to work. It’s not my day, apparently. I did, however, manage to paste them to my WP blog (yay!) and you can see them here: http://astrologybites.wordpress.com/problems/
I’ll be removing them later, of course. Thanks for helping me :- )

To add links to the blogroll, you do not add them directly to the widget.
You add links by going to “links” in your left-hand navigation in the main dashboard, http://flippintestblog.wordpress.com/files/2009/09/links.png , and click “add new.”
